You can:
Download the photos on ACDSee Stock Photography and use them freely for Personal or Commercial purposes
Edit the photos you download from ACDSee Stock Photography
Credit the photographer or not credit the photographer (no attribution is required, but it is always appreciated)
You cannot:
Sell the photos you download from ACDSee Stock Photography without editing them significantly first
Redistribute or sell the photos from ACDSee Stock Photography on a similar or competing service
